Performance isn’t always achieved by aiming for the biggest peak figures, and certainly not by pushing things too far. Combining the additional airflow gained from the uprated intake system with an unrestricted turbo back exhaust system and more efficient cooling from the uprated front mounted intercooler allowed the Revo calibration team to maximise the increased efficiency from these components and tie them together to give fantastic real-world gains.

Revo TCU software has been designed for the driven. Working on the characteristics of the gearbox to provide a better driving experience and optimal performance when coupled with our performance ECU software. Holding the gears better in sports mode so it’s not changing up early and allows the engine to be in the right power band more of the time. Available for both DQ250 6 Speed and DQ381 7 Speed gearboxes.
DQ250 6 Speed Gearbox
Revo DQ250 TCU Software offers improved response and optimised shift points but maintains the characteristics of Drive and Sports mode. Manual mode now gives you more control by disabling the automatic kick-down feature, unlike drive mode where if you plant your foot the gears automatically kick down, allowing you to select the gear you want and make the most of the increased torque from Revo ECU software. Revo DQ381 TCU Software gives you much more than just increased clamping pressure and quicker shifts. The Revo Intercooler Pipe Upgrade kit reduces charge system resistance and improves flow over the restrictive stock pipework. Featuring fewer restrictions for smoother airflow, and optimised routing, the turbo meets less resistance and can perform more effectively.
